Talema Group Appoints Vanessa Berry as Midwest Sales Manager

New Sales Manager aims to add to Talema’s North America portfolio and spearhead growth in emerging markets.

May 2024 – Talema Group, a leading manufacturer of toroidal transformers and related magnetic components, has appointed Vanessa Berry as Midwest Sales Manager to work on behalf of EG Magnetics Group and drive the company’s growth in the region. 

The EG Magnetics Group, a business area within KAMIC Group, serves a global customer base and offers a comprehensive portfolio of power magnets. The unit includes five specialist businesses: Talema Group, AGW, Avon Magnetics, ETAL e SIGA Electronics, with over 1,100 employees, manufacturing in five countries and direct representation in the world’s most significant economies.

In her new role, Vanessa will be responsible for driving Talema’s Midwest sales activity and will lead a team looking to continue the growth of its customer base in the region, promoting its global portfolio of products.

“The scope of Talema together with all capabilities within the EG Magnetics Group means we can offer new and existing customers comprehensive support for all their magnetics needs,” said Berry. “The business is expanding and wants to continue its upward trajectory. With a background in pharmaceuticals and key account management, Vanessa has over 25 years of experience and joins Talema Group from Dexter Magnetics where she spent six years leading significant accounts. She recently completed a bachelor’s degree in management at Concordia University in Chicago and will draw upon these experiences in her new role.

Vanessa continued: “The unique nature of The EG Magnetics Group means we can offer a multitude of solutions to help address business and market needs. I’ll use this and my experience to explore growth opportunities in new sectors such as defense and healthcare. It’s an exciting time for the Talema Group and I’m relishing the opportunity to be a small part of it.”
